The SVA trail will take about an hour and a half going up and down hills to the colorful town of Vernazza. Looking at the sea you need to go to your left and pass the last beach which is in the historical center of Monterosso. From there go up the small rocky street that that brings you to the peninsula “Corone” and here you will find the booth to pay for this trail that is managed by the Cinque Terre National Park. From here you will climb up the rock stairs surrounded by the typical terraced vineyards. Passing the steepest part of the trail you will be in the proximity of Vernazza, where you will begin your rapid descent. The whole walk takes about an 1 ½ but remember to wear shoes and clothing adapt for hiking.
